Policy/Terms and Conditions
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card all accepted), paypal, bank transfer payment, or check. For bank transfer payments, orders cannot ship until our account receives the payment, which can take up to 3 business days. For checks, orders cannot ship out until the check physically arrives at our US office and the amount is received in our account.
Change or Cancel Your Order:
You may change or cancel your order only if it has not been processed for packaging and shipment. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order.
To cancel your order, please call the US office at (925) 364-7166 immediately before the order is despatched. Canceling despatched orders may cause call back fees by the courier, and the customer may be charged for the extra fee.
Price & Terms:
Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 3 business days provided that the items are in stock and that there are no problems with verification of payment. We do not guarantee same-day shipping, and delivery times are entirely up to the discretion of the couriers. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Please complete our RMA process before returning any defective merchandise for replacement, and then contact customer service at our US office at (925) 364-7166. We will only be able to start processing your request upon receival of the parcel. Please include your Order # and your RMA # on the return package. Refer to our Return Policy page for detailed information.
Missing or Receiving Incorrect Items:
Please contact customer service immediately at our US offce at (925) 364-7166 or email@example.com upon receiving the order. Customers must inform Gens Ace & Tattu of any order discrepancies within 7-10 days from the receipt date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Return & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just go through RMA process. Please make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box. It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Tattu Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected by the Tattu Fulfillment Centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment account within 7 days.
