Policy/Terms and Conditions
Please complete our RMA file to return the defective merchandise for replacement. Please send the defective merchandise to our warehouse. We will take care of your request upon receiving your parcel, and please mention your Order No. And your RMA No. On the package box.
Missing / Received Wrong Item in Order:
Please contact the Customer Service Department immediately at email@example.com upon receiving the order.
Note: Customers must inform Tattu of any order discrepancy within 7-10 days from receipt date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Return & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just go through RMA process. Please make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box. It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Tattu Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected by the Tattu Fulfillment Centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment account within 7 days.
Change / Cancel Order:
You may change or cancel your order only if it has not been processed for packaging and shipment. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Price & Terms:
Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all services.
You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
All items are shipped from our America warehouse once order processing and order packaging is completed, usually within one to two business days. Expected delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 business days once order is processed, unless otherwise noted.
*Orders to Canada and Mexico will be shipped using Duty Unpaid Services. Customers from Canada and Mexico will have to stand the brokerage and import fees on their own behalf.
Provided the shipping method that you selected for shipping your order, we will send emails with express delivery tracking numbers and delivery address information after your package shipped, provided the email address submitted with the order is accurate.

We accept NOT responsibility for crash damage; it is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a uav system failure or pilot error. We accept NO responsibility for improper installation of our products.
The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith; this will include all items sold or distributed by Tattu.
User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Tattu DOES NOT accept responsibility for injury, crash or damage, loss of kits or accessories, or parts and materials that occurs during the use of any multi-copter vehicles.
