Earn Points
You can now collect reward points by shopping at genstattu.com. Reward points can currently be earned only by purchasing on genstattu.com. Points collecting rules are:
- •Have an account with us. If you don’t have an account yet, please register here.
- •Collect 1 point when you spend $1 USD on product purchases.
- •Delivery charges will not be included in point collecting.
- •Total points can be checked on your account page. Please Log in your account to check.
- •Reward points for the order was cancelled will be removed from your account.
- •If the reward points from last order was redeemed before the order is cancelled. Your refundable amount for the cancelled order will be excluding the value of points spent.
Spending My Points
You can spend your points across the whole website genstattu.com. Some products may be excluded which will be written on the product detail page. Here are the tips when spending your points:
- •1 point = $0.01 credit to spend on your next order; 100 points = $1 to spend on next order.
- •You can use your points in conjunction with current discounts.
- •Points cannot be use together with coupon codes.
- •Order product value total must be equal to or greater than the redeempoint’s value.
- •You can redeem any points you have collected on your next order anytime.
Managing My Reward Points
- •Your reward points will stay in your account as long as you are having an account with us.
- •Points will be cleared after you close your genstattu.com account.
- •Genstattu.com reserves the right to make changes to the rewards points program at any time
