Damaged Package Claims

If you have received your order, and your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of your package). Customers with damaged packages can file a claim directly with us. Please keep all packaging (box, packing paper, etc.) for verification purposes. We will most likely request that the damaged product(s) be shipped back to us for verification. may also require that photos be taken of damaged packages and or parts for inspection purposes. Photos of damaged goods will help us expedite the process and provide a better resolution.

Lost Package Claims

If you have not received your order, and feel your package may be lost, please contact us. All packages shipped by are insured for 100% of the package's value. If your package is in fact lost, we will either replace the package, credit your account for the full amount, or offer you a refund for the full amount of the order.

In some cases I am afraid we can not give you a refund and replace the package:

1) Package is not timely receipt is returned to our warehouse;

2)lost in transit, the courier company which will be responsible for compensation;

3) You filled out the wrong address for pickup.

Change order after payment

If you need to change the information on the order, the fastest and most secure way is to contact our customer service to make changes address.

Genstattu do not accept any changes to the information in a complete package has been packed into the delivery status. Simply left us with information does not mean that your request will be processed last Again, if there are any orders incorrect information please call us.

General Return Policy wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you for any reason are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days under the following conditions and guidelines:

1) Product must have been purchased direct from and be in unused, new condition in original packaging. 2) A dated and itemized sales receipt must accompany any product(s) returned to 3) Customers must contact Customer Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before sending any item in for return.
